Eggs scrambled, the best way, with cream and butter.
Fried eggs, prepared fresh throughout service.

Mushrooms, pan-fried with a vegan dairy alternative.
Grilled tomatoes, with a little olive oil & cracked black pepper.

Our own blend of slow cooked porridge oats and soya milk to create a creamy vegan porridge.
Self Serve Breakfast
Available in the outside catering area.
Freshly brewed Coffee available every morning, percolated from fine ground Colombian beans.
Tea station, stocked with Yorkshire Tea, peppermint, green tea, fruit tea bags and boiling water dispenser.
Selection of fruit juices and cordials.
Freshly prepared smoothie of the day.
Pastry, muffin, croissant, pain au chocolate selection.
Granola, muesli, and cereals variety.
Assorted individual yoghurt pots.
Fresh fruit salad.

Lunch from The Kitchen
Lunch menu will be a daily choice of 3 options;
Vegan*, Fish and Meat, served with a choice of 2 potato dishes, and 2 vegetable sides.**
We always ensure that there are at least 2 gluten-free choices, and 2 dairy-free choices each day and avoid the use of UPFs(Ultra-processed foods) in our menus.
Hot desserts will be served from the kitchen, and cold desserts from the outside catering area.
*We will often provide a vegan AND vegetarian choice.
**Potato and Vegetable sides will always be vegan/vegetarian and dairy free, unless otherwise labelled.
Salad Table Selection
At lunchtime the outside catering area will provide a choice of 4 freshly prepared salads a day, with a minimum of 3 vegetarian and 2 vegan choices, a leafy lettuce bowl, individually portioned cheeses and biscuits, a fresh bread basket, fruit selection and cold desserts.
